The breathtaking views from the Premium Queen high floor room made our stay unforgettable, and with attractions like the falls just under a mile away and Clifton Hill only 500 meters from our hotel, we were perfectly positioned to explore the vibrant area and indulge in local dining options, such as TGI Friday's just a few steps away; while the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, it lacked breakfast options, but the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff made our experience enjoyable.

The view of the falls is absolutely stunning! The staff is super friendly and the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
Parking is a hassle, especially on weekends.

Stunning view of the falls from the room. The location is perfect for exploring, with easy access to nearby attractions. Check-in was slow due to long lines. Parking costs $50 per night, which is pricey. No breakfast options available on site, just coffee in the lobby.

The views from my room were simply stunning with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the Falls! I loved relaxing in the indoor heated pool and soaking in the hot tub. Plus, the luggage trolleys made everything so much easier for us!
would be happy to recommend 💖✨

amazing view, amazing room with floor-to-ceiling windows that allowed me to enjoy the falls directly from my bed and a large heart-shaped jacuzzi that made it hard to leave the room.
Thoroughly pleased.

Location is fantastic with amazing views of the falls. Paid $45 for parking per night which seems high. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit outdated, could use some upgrades. Enjoyed the nearby golf course for some leisure time.

The room was spacious with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows offering a glorious view of the falls. cleanliness was a significant issue; dust covered the furniture, and we found hair in the tub. The bathroom was small, and the sink was not inside, which was inconvenient. The bed felt hard, and the pillows were uneven. We had trouble with the shower temperature on our last day, as the cold water didn’t work. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and there were limited outlets. There was no coffee machine, and parking was pricey for the inconvenient setup.

The view from our room on the 12th floor was breathtaking, offering a fantastic panorama of the falls. the hotel was dated, with inconsistent wifi and cleanliness issues.

Great view and 24-hour reception, but uncomfortable beds and poor cleaning.

Prime location. Easy access to restaurants and attractions. Check-in staff? Exceptionally polite and accommodating. Cleaners worked diligently, and their friendliness stood out. The view from my room was breathtaking. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcased stunning falls. Parking was convenient for mobility challenges, and the availability of luggage trolleys was appreciated. Clean sheets and towels were provided promptly upon request. The pool, hot tub, and sauna added relaxation options. the room’s cleanliness fell short—visible dust and hair in the bed. Communication from staff regarding fees could improve. Unpleasant interactions with certain employees detracted from the experience. There's potential here, but improvement is needed to truly match the stunning surroundings.

We paid extra for a falls view and got a really good one from the 14th floor. The moonrise over the river was stunning, and the beds were comfy after a long day.
It wasn't cheap, but overall, it was still worth it.

The breathtaking view of the falls was the highlight, especially from a high floor where we could see the colorful lights and fireworks. the room conditions were disappointing; worn furnishings, outdated decor, and questionable cleanliness made it feel more like a cheap motel. The $40 parking fee felt excessive, especially when nearby options were cheaper. Hearing kids running in the halls at night added to the frustration. While the location was convenient, I can't overlook the dated interior and the overall lack of maintenance. The experience was a mix of stunning views and subpar accommodations.

So, I arrived expecting a great stay, but instead got shoved to another hotel. The room was noisy, the fire alarm blared all morning, and I even found a spider by the window. What a total disaster!

The view from the room was marvelous, and the hotel amenities were top-notch.
The lack of cleanliness and service made me feel as if I was living a real-life horror movie.

When looking for a family, friendly spot to ring in the New Year with our large family, nothing beats the enchanting view of the majestic falls from the perfect location of our room. The Fallsview Casino gives not only a thrilling gambling experience but also a mesmerizing view of the Niagara Falls, making it an all, in, one attraction for families to enjoy.
My wife says that the room could benefit from more family, friendly entertainment options.

Let's start with the good stuff , the location was fantastic! You could see the Falls and the city lights beautifully from the room. The view was breathtaking, especially at night. The room had a cozy sitting area near the window where you could relax and enjoy the scenery. Now, onto the not, so, great parts. The room we got seemed a bit outdated compared to the updated areas shown in the photos. There were some cleanliness issues too , I noticed a brown stain on the bedsheet, which was a bit off, putting. We also had trouble with the room temperature control , the heating and air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and helpful, which was a plus. I feel like The Oakes could use some renovations to match the standards you would expect from a hotel in such a prime location.

Great location, amazing views, convenient access to attractions, and easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do.
Felt like it was our own home, no reason to complain.

we recently stayed at oakes hotel overlooking the falls and had a fantastic experience. the view from our room was amazing, especially being able to see the fireworks at night. the location is perfect for exploring on foot, and the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. the staff were very helpful, even going above and beyond to locate and ship back some items we had left behind. overall, a very pleasant stay.
Nothing to complain about at all 🙂

During my Christmas stay, the room provided exceptional views of the falls, and the jacuzzi was quite enjoyable. The staff even allowed us to check in early, which was a nice touch. The hotel's vintage charm and spacious rooms with effective AC were appreciated.
The hotel was quite disappointing overall. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty hallways and a pool in need of maintenance.

Chillin' with my friends, we hit up the Fallsview Casino and soaked in that epic view of Niagara Falls - best vibe ever! Location was sick for shopping and dining, no cap!
Would've been even better if the hotel had a lit rooftop party spot for us young party peeps! .

Our one-night stay at a hotel in Niagara Falls was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and attended to our every need. The room was not only spotless, but it also offered breathtaking views of the illuminated falls from our 14th-floor balcony. Being able to walk easily to the falls, Clifton Hill, and nearby attractions was a huge convenience. The friendly bell hop made our stay even more enjoyable with his informative conversations. This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we visit Niagara Falls.
Lack of amenities for families and older guests.
